- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 20 slices deli ham Look for varieties with 0 carbs and no added sugar
- 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat up the oven to broil (low).
- Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until just wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
- Add in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Mix in the cooked spinach. Stir until all of the ingredients are combined.
